Could Bridge Builder Communities Be Right for You?
Bridge Builder Communities provides safe, affordable housing and supportive services for young adults transitioning from foster care to independent living.
Our program is designed to help residents build stability, strengthen life skills, pursue education and employment goals, and prepare for long-term independence.
Who is Eligible?
To be considered for residency at Bridge Builder Communities, applicants must:
Be between 18 and 24 years old at the time of application.
✓ Have aged out of foster care or be transitioning out of foster care in the State of Georgia.
✓ Have no criminal history involving violent offenses or sexual assault.
✓ Be without children. Our Tiny Homes are designed and equipped for one individual adult resident.
More Than Housing
Bridge Builder Communities is a structured residential program centered on personal growth, participation, and accountability.
Residents may receive support in areas such as:
• Stable housing
• Life skills, including budgeting, cooking, and time management
• Employment and career readiness
• Education and training
• Mental health and counseling
• Healthy relationships
• Financial literacy
