Delivery
When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment window typically runs 3–7 days, followed by shipping. Delivery times vary by location and are usually:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We partner with an on-demand fulfillment provider with production facilities around the globe. Your order ships from the location best positioned for efficiency and speed.
Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may incur additional customs or tax fees. These are assessed by your local customs office and are not controlled by us. Policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office to understand any potential charges.
My order should be here by now—what should I do?
Before reaching out, please try the following steps:
Review your shipping confirmation email to confirm the delivery address
Check with your local post office
Ask neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If your address was correct and the package isn’t with the post office or a neighbor, contact us at admin@bridgebuildercommunities.org with your order number.
If there was an error in your shipping address, we can send a replacement, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.

How are your products made?
We use a global print-on-demand partner. Your items are produced and shipped from the facility that can fulfill your order most efficiently based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. For any questions about tracking or shipping, reach out to admin@bridgebuildercommunities.org.
I received the wrong or a damaged product—what do I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email admin@bridgebuildercommunities.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Your order number
Any helpful details
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us at admin@bridgebuildercommunities.org and we’ll gladly assist.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are provided for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If this applies, email admin@bridgebuildercommunities.org with photos and your order details so we can take care of it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you're unsure about sizing, please review the size charts in each product description.
In the rare case an item is mislabeled, notify us at admin@bridgebuildercommunities.org within one week of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
