Dr. Jackson Drumgoole

CO-FOUNDER / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dr. Jackson Drumgoole, Army veteran, university professor, and executive life coach. Jackson has over 20 years of experience in organizational change, leadership, and development. As a strategic change manager, he has been recognized at the highest levels in the Department of the Army for implementing vision and building successful organizational growth, defining strategic direction, and generating solutions to complex problems. In 2023 Jackson received his doctorate of education from the University of Southern California and became the founder of Drumgoole Family Initiatives to fulfill his desire to see at-risk youth and families thrive.

ShDonna Drumgoole

CO-FOUNDER / CHIEF PROGRAM OFFICER

ShDonna Drumgoole holds a Masters of Science in Counseling and Psychology, and is currently pursuing a second Master’s for licensure in Professional Counseling, ShDonna has over 15 years of experience in social services. Her career spans from a front-line social worker serving families to a forensic interviewer advocating for abused children, a counselor for at-risk youth, and social services Program Director. She has also contributed to education by teaching in elementary and middle schools, and served as a middle school counselor. She is currently providing individual and group counseling at a local mental health practice. With a passion for serving others, she will bring her experience and expertise to further the development of at-risk youth residents of Bridge Builder Communities.
